I will then create a sketch and will send a pencil drawing for you to approve before I start inking. If desired, color is added with Prismacolor Premier pencil colors after the inking is completed. An 8 x 10 custom house portrait typically takes 3-4 weeks to complete. The image is 8 x 10 inches with a half inch border surrounding the image, so the entire piece is 9 x 11 inches total.
